Entrepreneurs/managers are often alone. Alone in your decisions, alone in the management of a company, a complex system. At the same time, he has to assert himself in the market and prepare the company for the future, while at the same time lacking sufficient information.
Again and again I have experienced how actually good ideas, due to internal influences, management restrictions and focusing to a small area of the company, ends in something completely useless, highly complicated/resource-intensive and expensive.
How very good, functioning systems are abused in the end to completely dysfunctionally and without any added value, only to make all similar to the old processes and complicates all.
Everything is always designed for the area that screams the most, instead of looking at the big picture. To define what you need and what you don't. To follow an overall concept for the company. Divided into quick-wins, medium and long-term development opportunities.
Instead, they run from fire to fire like the fire brigade.
An unbiased view from the outside helps. Someone who is not involved. Neither in the structure nor through personal relationships. Someone like that can show new ways. Bringing ideas to light that lie dormant in the company itself. Shows a future independent of the past.
That takes courage! Courage to change. But I have experienced that change is supported when everyone benefits from it. Not only the company, but also every single person affected. When it's not just about cost reduction, but honest improvement for everyone. In the end, everyone must benefit from it. Then change is possible successfully.
This may make the project a little more expensive and complicated at the beginning. However, it pays off in the medium term at the latest. Through simpler processes, happier employees, relief for everyone and ultimately higher productivity - > at the same/lower costs.
The ultimate goal: The company should also be successful in the long term. Resilient to crises in order to be able to fulfil its social task.
Many years of experience in many companies were incorporated into the development of the analysis over more than two years.
Previous concepts are usually focused on one area and the fastest possible success. Unfortunately, however, this is often not sustainable and therefore often evaporates in the second year.
We are convinced that production in the entire DACH region is economically and competitively possible, provided that the current possibilities are used. This does not mean that you immediately follow every trend. It also means that reducing or dismissing MA is always only the last resort. We are working to make this the absolute exception.
