Does this sound familiar? As an SME entrepreneur, you work from morning to night to keep the whole thing running. You always follow the same tried-and-tested paths and it's hard to stay up to date. Innovations, digitalization and Industry 4.0, automation, product development, market development, growth. Again and again, one or the other falls by the wayside or you are not quite up to date. You know the potential of your company. But do you make the most of them? How is the individual employee doing – do they enjoy working for me? What about the company culture? Some support would be good and would give me more time for the family or the company.
We all make mistakes, including me. I am convinced that it is important and right to stand up and fight for a realistic assessment.
